Booking & Cancellation Policy

To provide exceptional care and respect the time of our clients and staff, Nuvéa Aesthetics enforces the following scheduling policies:

1. Booking & Deposits

A valid credit card and a booking deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is fully applied toward your treatment cost on the day of your visit.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and/or a late cancellation fee of $50.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, which will incur a late cancellation fee. Clients who fail to show up without notice ("No-Shows") will forfeit their deposit.

4. Refunds & Outcomes

Due to the medical nature of our services, all treatments are final and non-refundable. Individual results vary. If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 14 days so we can evaluate your progress.
